CV Bootcamp

June 14th, 2025 | 10:30am PT / 1:30pm ET / 2:30pm AT

Presented in English (online)

Join us online, Saturday, June 14th, for a special moderated panel discussion presented by the CCE Mentorship Committee. The 2025 CV Bootcamp is designed to help you level-up your job hunting skills and stand out in today’s competitive market. Participants will hear from a cross section of post-production professionals about the “do’s and don’ts” of CV writing. Our panel will feature veteran editors, assistants and post-production supervisors with experience in scripted, documentary, and unscripted production. Come learn about the best ways to tailor your CV for the specific requirements of each track, and the various hard and soft skills that you’ll need to land your next gig.

The CV Bootcamp is aimed at early-stage post production professionals, newcomers to the Canadian film industry, and recent graduates. The moderated panel discussion will take place virtually and last about an hour, followed by a thirty minute question and answer period.
