Workflow Workshop at Coma Edits

Join us on January 20th at Coma Edits for a discussion and demonstration on the workflow process of ingesting material to the final product.  

The workflow includes ingesting in Resolve, creating dailies/proxies, importing into an NLE (Avid or Premiere) while retaining key clip metadata, syncing audio, grouping cameras, and round-tripping back to Resolve for online and colour correction.

This will be a small group demonstration so it will offer lots of opportunities for questions and to network with the participants.

Saturday, January 20th: 9-5 pm (with 1 hour for lunch – lunch is not provided so please bring something or you can pop out to grab something)

This is an in-person event in Toronto.

This event is FREE for members. Due to limited capacity, the CCE requires a $30 refundable deposit. This deposit will be refunded once your attendance at the event is confirmed. If there is more interest than available slots, there will be a lottery draw to determine participants for this session.

If you don’t get a spot in the January session you will be given first refusal for the next session (if there are more than 10 names on that list and all are interested in the next session we will do a lottery with that list)

If you have signed up and are unable to attend, please let us know by emailing info@cceditors.ca.  If we are able to fill your spot we can refund your deposit.

The event page will close on January 10th and we will let you know by the 12th if you were drawn or not in the lottery.
