In 1997 Dean was first nominated for a Gemini for editing the national CBC series Utopia Caf\u00e9 and winning in 1998 for the documentary Dad. Evans has also had success as a director with credits including the Gemini-nominated Prank Patrol, a top rated children\u2019s series for YTV. Dean is a member of Directors Guild of Canada (DGC) and Alberta Post Production Association (APPA).
