Toronto, 6 avril 2026<\/strong> Les Monteurs et Monteuses de cin\u00e9ma canadien (CCE) sont heureux\u22c5euses d\u2019annoncer qu\u2019Annie Jean, CCE, recevra le Prix d\u2019excellence soulignant l\u2019\u0153uvre d\u2019une vie pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026. Didier Kennel re\u00e7oit pour sa part le Prix pour une carri\u00e8re exceptionnelle 2026. Le CCE d\u00e9cernera ces prix lors de la 16e c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix CCE, qui se tiendra le 22 mai 2026 \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel Delta de Toronto.<\/p>

Boursi\u00e8re du Programme national d\u2019apprentissage de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie canadienne du Cin\u00e9ma et de la T\u00e9l\u00e9vision en 1988, Annie Jean n\u2019a jamais, depuis cette date, quitt\u00e9 les salles de montage. Passant du son \u00e0 l\u2019image, puis d\u2019assistante \u00e0 monteuse, son parcours l\u2019a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 signer le montage de plus de 65 productions \u00e0 ce jour, dont plusieurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prim\u00e9es tant au Canada qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019international. Elle est \u00e9galement impliqu\u00e9e dans la transmission du m\u00e9tier \u00e0 travers des formations et des ateliers de montage qu\u2019elle donne \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al. Tr\u00e8s impliqu\u00e9e dans la vie collective des monteurs depuis plus de 25 ans, elle place la solidarit\u00e9 entre coll\u00e8gues au centre de ses valeurs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Didier Kennel est n\u00e9 et a grandi en Afrique. Il est devenu monteur ind\u00e9pendant en cin\u00e9ma en 1985. Il a travaill\u00e9 dans le monde de l\u2019information et de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, se sp\u00e9cialisant en documentaire. Depuis 26 ans, Didier enseigne la postproduction visuelle au coll\u00e8ge Sheridan dans les programmes de baccalaur\u00e9at et de ma\u00eetrise en cin\u00e9ma et t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, arts m\u00e9diatiques et journalisme. Il a ainsi eu l\u2019occasion de former plus de mille \u00e9tudiants dans l\u2019art du montage. En 2008, Didier a re\u00e7u le prix d\u2019excellence NISOD. Ce prix international lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis \u00e0 Austin, au Texas, pour sa contribution exceptionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement, au leadership et \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage. Didier est aussi un formateur Avid certifi\u00e9 depuis 1994 et il a form\u00e9 des centaines de monteur\u00b7euses professionnel\u00b7les sur quatre continents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
