Mentorship Opportunity with Coma Edits

 During the mentorship period Coma Edits will provide:

• 1 orientation meeting with the Coma Edits Team and the 3 CCE participants.
• 1 visit to Coma Edits (either as a group or individually) to shadow the Coma Edits team and see the inner workings of a production company.
• 1 to 2 visits where the mentee can bring their own project and work on it at Coma Edits and have input and feedback from the Coma Edits team.

**Additional visits may be possible but this would be at the discretion of the Coma Edits Team. 

Session 1 : January 1st to March 31st, 2025

Session 2 : April 1st to June 30th, 2025

Session 3 : July 1st to September 30th, 2025

Session 4 : October 1st to December 31st, 2025

Application Intake

November 1st to November 30th, 2024 – For Sessions 1 and 2

May 1st to May 31st, 2025 – For Sessions 3 and 4

There is a $25 administrative fee to apply.

*This intake of applications are for Sessions 3 and 4 – Applications for 2025 will open May 1st, 2025.

Session 3 : July 1st to September 30th, 2025

Session 4 : October 1st to December 31st, 2025

Coma Edits and the CCE will review applications and create a shortlist of applicants.  It will be lottery based for the shortlist. 3 applicants will be drawn for Session 3 and 3 applicants for Session 4.

If you were shortlisted and not selected via lottery, we will keep you on the list for Sessions 3 and 4 and we will reach out closer to the time to see if you are still interested and wish to be included in the next round lottery.

This program is in Toronto.
