Annie LeclairStaying at Alison’s warm, welcoming home was a treat. After the gala, Ali and her sweet daughter, Charlie — who’d been super helpful at the ceremony — drove me back to their place. I had the whole basement to myself and slept like a rock! It was great getting to know Ali the next morning, over a cup of coffee on her porch, before she dropped me off for my train.
